• Coordinating the Visual Arts Department, including the organisation and allocation of specialised courses according to the National Curriculum Framework and the competencies of each teacher;
• Planning and implementing the timetable for specialised subjects, aligned with national curriculum requirements and the specific needs of each discipline;
• Developing and managing the Staffing Plan and the Schooling Plan for the study levels under the responsibility of the Department Coordinator;
• Building core and key competencies for Design students in preparation for the Professional Competence Certification Exam for the qualification Technical Draftsman for Architecture and Design;
• Designing and implementing visual identities for educational projects at local, regional, and national levels, including exhibitions, concerts, recitals, symposia, and national olympiads;
• Coordinating Erasmus+ projects (short‑term mobilities, VET, and Job Shadowing) for student groups aged 14–19 and for specialised teaching staff;
• Organising and conducting Erasmus+ and Erasmus+ VET mobilities in Germany, Portugal, Poland, Latvia, Italy, and Cyprus (2019–present);
• Coordinating Partial and Annual Evaluation Committees assessing students’ competencies in specialised subjects;
• Leading Aptitude Test Evaluation Committees for practical admission exams to visual arts specialisations;
• Organising and coordinating evaluation committees for regional/local stages of the National Olympiad of Visual Arts, Architecture, and Art History;
• Implementing and administering LMS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 LTI) for educational and administrative activities.
